VAN DYKE NEXT STOP FOR MOBILE PLANNING
The mobile planning unit made its second stop on the neighborhood tour in the Buttonwood neighborhood. Approximately 30 people attended from the community. The planning firm of Kise, Straw & Kolodner moderated the meeting to gather specific input to the comprehensive plan and code update projects underway. Issues of concern were park enhancements, lighting, sidewalks, connectivity of the streets, pedestrian walk ways, drainage, safety, and parking were a few issues mentioned. The next meeting is scheduled on July 22 at 7PM at the Van Dyke Village Park on 14th Street. Please plan to attend.
